From September 14 to 23, 2021, the installation session of the Directive Committee was held, made up of 3 public institutions and 3 organizations representing academia, the private sector and the civil society, along with 4 international cooperation agencies, as observers. Subsequently, the Directive Committee approved the 2022 Annual Work Program, marking the beginning of this project.
